AIDER is based at 274 Main Road East, ST ALBANS VIC 3021 (Australia). Pre-clinical sessions are conducted on dental chair-mounted manikins and oral radiology sessions are conducted on a dedicated radiology manikin. AIDER programs a conducted in small groups (1 to 3 students), thereby ensuring close supervision and a personalised learning environment.
Seminars are conducted either on-site or at a designated seminar room (subject to demand).
AIDER can also provide some services via on-line platforms, such as Skype, Facetime, Viber, and What’sAp; the use of these platforms can make these services more accessible to students and help with exam preparations without the added stress of travel and being away from home.

The AIDER clinic is situated a short 350-meter walk from the St. Albans train station. The St Albans railway station is located on the Sunbury line in Victoria, and travel time of approximately 30 minutes from Flinders Street Station (Melbourne city).
